Opinion

CASE NO.: 2D19-2031

06-06-2019

Phillip CASCIOLA, Appellant/Petitioner(s), v. STATE of Florida, Appellee/Respondent(s).

BY ORDER OF THE COURT:

We dismiss this petition for writ of certiorari without prejudice to petitioner filing a motion for hearing on the amount of restitution in the trial court. See Vasquez v. State. 162 So. 3d 117, 119 (Fla. 4th DCA2014) (quashing order denying motion for hearing on amount of restitution because unreasonable and unjustified seven-year delay was irreparable injury).

MORRIS, SALARIO, and ATKINSON, JJ., Concur.
