The electronic exhibits in the reporter's record were filed April 14, 2023, and April 17, 2023. The record is complete as of April 17, 2023. We ORDER appellant's brief filed on or before MAY 17, 2023.
In our orders in this case of March 21, 2023, and April 12, 2023, we ordered court reporter Cheryl Dixon not to sit until she filed the complete reporter's record including State's exhibits 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5. Because Ms. Dixon has filed the reporter's record including the exhibits, we VACATE the portion of our March 21, 2023, and April 12, 2023, orders that order Cheryl Dixon not to sit as a court reporter.
However, Ms. Dixon remains subject to this Court's order of March 21, 2023, in Lewis v. State, No. 05-22-00695-CR, trial court cause number F20-75804-H, an appeal from Criminal District Court No. 1, Dallas County, that she not sit until the complete reporter's record in that case is filed. As of the date of this order, the reporter's record in Lewis v. State has not been filed, and our order that Ms. Dixon not sit until the reporter's record is filed in that case remains in effect.
We DIRECT the Clerk to send copies of this order to the Honorable Hector Garza, Presiding Judge, 195th Judicial District Court; the Honorable Tina Yoo Clinton, Presiding Judge, Criminal District Court No. 1, Dallas County; Cheryl A. Dixon, Court Reporter; counsel for all parties; and the Dallas County Auditor's Office.
