ORDER


Came on to be considered Plaintiff's Motion for Award of Attorney's Fees Pursuant to the Equal Access to Justice Act (EAJA), 28 U.S.C. § 2412, and Supporting Brief The Court, having considered such motion and the papers on file herein, finds that such motion should be granted.

IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that counsel for Plaintiff, Attorneys True Schrandt, P.C., be and are hereby awarded attorney's fees in the amount of $1718.75 (one thousand seven hundred eighteen dollars and seventy-five cents) and the Social Security Administration is ordered to pay the same to such counsel, pursuant to the Equal Access to Justice Act, Title 28, United States Code, § 2412.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
