This case is calendared for trial at the Trial Session of the Court scheduled to commence on June 5, 2023, in Boston, Massachusetts.

On May 16, 2023, the parties filed with the Court a Proposed Stipulated Decision. Upon the Court's review of the decision, and of the other documents in the record of this case, it appears that petitioner's middle initial was omitted from the caption of this case in error. The documents in this case, including the Notice of Deficiency dated April 18, 2022, petitioner's middle initial appears. Accordingly, the Court will amend the caption of this case to reflect petitioner's middle initial.

Upon due consideration, and for cause, it is

ORDERED that the caption of this case be amended to read: "Kathryn M. Carmody, Petitioner v. Commissioner of Internal Revenue, Respondent".
