Opinion
No. 92-1708.
March 26, 1993.
Appeal from the Circuit Court, Volusia County, Patrick G. Kennedy, J.
Garrett L. Briggs of Adams Briggs, Daytona Beach, for appellant.
Christopher W. Wickersham, Sr. of Christopher W. Wickersham, Sr., P.A., and Robert M. Carr, Daytona Beach, for appellee.
We reverse the order modifying the final judgment in this marriage dissolution case because court-adopted property settlement agreements, as opposed to support provisions, are not subject to court-ordered modification.
