The petition by the defendants Reflexite Corporation and Travelers Property and Casualty for certification for appeal from the Appellate Court, 137 Conn.App. 324, 49 A.3d 211, is granted, limited to the following issue:

“Did the Appellate Court properly reverse the compensation review board's ruling affirming the trial commissioner's determination denying the plaintiffs motion to preclude?”
