ORDER EXTENDING TEMPORARY RESTRAINING ORDER
On February 8, 2001, the Court entered a temporary restraining order ("TRO") against the Defendants in this matter and ordered those Defendants to show cause on February 16, 2001, why a preliminary injunction should not issue.
On February 16, 2001, the Court heard arguments on the Plaintiffs' application for a preliminary injunction, Reliant's motion to dismiss and the CDWR's motion to dismiss Reliant's third-party complaint and took the matters under submission. To allow the Court time to consider the matters submitted, the Court entered a TRO until 5:00 p.m. on February 21, 2001.
On February 20, 2001, the Court held a telephonic status conference with the parties at which time the parties advised the Court that they were continuing to discuss among themselves the matters pending before the Court.
To allow those discussions to continue, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that:
1. The TRO, issued February 16, 2001 shall continue in effect until 5:00 p.m. on February 23, 2001.
2. A telephonic status conference in camera is scheduled in this matter for 2:00 p.m. on February 23, 2001. Counsel for the ISO shall be responsible for setting up the conference call and informing the Court and the parties of the conference call arrangements.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
