Appeal by the plaintiff from a decision by the workers' compensation commissioner for the fifth district granting, in part, the plaintiff's claim for benefits, brought to the compensation review board, which affirmed the commissioner's decision in part and remanded the matter to the commissioner for further proceedings; on remand, the commissioner denied the plaintiff's motion for attorney's fees, and the plaintiff appealed to the compensation review board, which affirmed the commissioner's decision, and the plaintiff appealed to this court. Affirmed.

Dennis W. Bryars, pro se, the appellant (plaintiff), filed a brief.
