ORDER

PER CURIAM

AND NOW, this 5th day of December, 2013, the Application for Leave to File Original Process is GRANTED. To the extent the Petition for Writ of Mandamus and/or Extraordinary relief requests extraordinary relief, it is DENIED. To the extent that the petition seeks to obtain substantive relief via a writ of mandamus, that request is DENIED. See Chanceford Aviation Properties, L.L.P. v. Chanceford Twp. Bd. of Supervisors, 923 A.2d 1099, 1108 (Pa. 2007) (mandamus "may not be used to direct the exercise of judgment or discretion in a particular way . . . .") To the extent the petition seeks a writ of mandamus directing the lower court to dispose of Petitioner's petition for credit for time served, it is GRANTED. The trial court is directed to dispose of the pending petition within 90 days of this order.
