ORDER OF DISMISSAL FOR LACK OF JURISDICTION

Elizabeth A. Copeland, Judge.

This case was called for trial on September 26, 2022, at the Trial Session of the Court in Las Vegas, Nevada, at which time jurisdiction of this case was retained by this Division of the Court.

On November 15, 2022, the Court issued an Order granting respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction, filed with the Court on July 27, 2022. At that time, this case was not formally dismissed for lack of jurisdiction.

For cause, it is

ORDERED that this case is dismissed for lack of jurisdiction, in accordance with the Order of the Court issued on November 15, 2022.
