Respondent having moved to dismiss the appeals taken herein from an order and a judgment of the Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Livingston on February 25, 2016 (docket No. CA 16-01037), and March 14, 2016 (docket No. CA 16-01038), on the ground that appellant failed to perfect timely the appeals,

Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Richard Glen Curtis, Esq., dated June 15, 2016, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the appeal is dismissed without costs.
