Opinion

Upon review of the response to this Court's Order to Show Cause dated April 6, 2015, the Court has determined that it should accept jurisdiction in this case. It is ordered that the Petition for Review is granted, that the Second District Court of Appeal's decision in Brown v. State, 145 So.3d 883 (Fla. 2d DCA 2014), is quashed, and this matter is remanded for reconsideration upon application of our decision in Griffin v. State, 160 So.3d 63 (Fla.2015).

No Motion for Rehearing will be entertained by the Court.
