Stoneburner, 516 So.2d 270 (Fla. 5th DCA 1987) (holding that where appellant appeals amended final judgment that only addressed fees and costs, yet seeks to appeal merits of final judgment that was entered more than 30 days prior to notice of appeal, appellate court is without jurisdiction to hear appeal).
