This case is currently calendared for trial at the Session of the Court commencing on November 18, 2024, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. On August 8, 2024, respondent filed an unopposed Motion for Document Subpoena Hearing. By Order served on the parties on August 9, 2024, the Court granted respondent's motion and scheduled the case for a status hearing (to be held remotely) at the Court's September 25, 2024, Washington, D.C., Special Trial Session. On September 17, 2024, respondent filed a Status Report, apprising the Court that on September 13, 2024, petitioner and the Internal Revenue Service Independent Office of Appeals reached a settlement in this case.
