Denied.

DIXON, C.J., and DENNIS, J., are of the opinion that the request to stay the trial should be denied; there is no violation of the right against self-incrimination; and no unfairness.

CALOGERO and WATSON, JJ., would deny the stay.

MARCUS, BLANCHE and LEMMON, JJ., would stay the trial and order a continuance.
