AUTOMOBILES AND MOTOR VEHICLES, § 144reversal of personal-injury judgment for plaintiff because of error in instructions. On appeal from action for injuries sustained in automobile collision, judgment reversed and cause remanded for new trial on ground that court erred in giving certain instructions, where case presented issues of fact in great conflict and a very serious injury.

Appeal from Superior Court of Cook county; Hon. WALTER R. O'MALLEY, presiding.

Judgment reversed and cause remanded with directions. Heard in third division, first district, this court at October term, 1941.
