For the reasons stated in the consolidated case of Brignac v. Pan American Petroleum Corporation, 224 So.2d 84, in which a separate decision is being rendered by us this date, the judgment appealed in the present case is affirmed.

Affirmed.


For the reasons which I assigned in my dissenting opinion in Brignac v. Pan American Petroleum Corporation et al., 224 So.2d 84, I respectfully dissent from the opinion rendered by the majority in the instant suit.
