Opinion

No. SC12–750.

2012-06-14

Robert BRADLEY, Petitioner(s) v. Kenneth S. TUCKER, etc., et al., Respondent(s).

The petitioner has filed a petition for writ of habeas corpus. To the extent the petitioner is challenging his conviction and sentence in circuit court case number 05–5769–CF, the Court has determined that relief is not authorized, and, therefore, the petition is dismissed. See Baker v. State, 878 So.2d 1236 (Fla .2004). To the extent the petitioner is challenging a decision(s) made by the Florida Parole Commission, the petition is dismissed without prejudice to the petitioner seeking the appropriate relief in the Circuit Court of the Second Judicial Circuit in and for Leon County, Florida.

Any motions or other requests for relief are also denied.

LEWIS, QUINCE, POLSTON, LABARGA, and PERRY, JJ., concur.
