JUDGMENT

The Report and Recommendation of the Magistrate Judge [Doc. No. 60] having been considered, no objections thereto having been filed, and finding that same is supported by the law and the record in this matter,

IT IS ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED that Plaintiff's motion to voluntarily dismiss, with prejudice, all of his federal claims [Doc. Nos. 47 & 56] is GRANTED.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED that Plaintiff's motion to remand [Doc. No. 48] is hereby GRANTED, and that Plaintiff's remaining state law claims are hereby REMANDED to the Fourth Judicial District Court for the Parish of Ouachita, State of Louisiana. The pending motions to dismiss are carried with the case.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED, and DECREED that defendant's request for costs and fees [Doc. No. 54] is DENIED.
