ORDER

These matters are before the court on the parties' renewed Stipulation of Dismissal Agreement and Motion for Dismissal of Appeal, by which Appellants seek to voluntarily dismiss these appeals pursuant to Fed. R. App. P. 42(b). Upon consideration, the motion is granted. See 10th Cir. R. 27.5(A)(9). Each party will bear its own costs.

A copy of this order shall stand as and for the mandate of the court.
