Petitioner has filed a petition for writ of mandamus. To the extent petitioner seeks an order compelling the Second District Court of Appeal to rule in Case No. 2D10-795, the petition is hereby dismissed as moot. To the extent petitioner is seeking other relief, the petition is hereby dismissed as facially insufficient.
