PER CURIAM

This Court's June 7, 2023 Order to Mediate was premised on Appellant Marcus Blalock's representation that the case had not previously been through an Alternative Dispute Resolution procedure and that this case should be referred to mediation. Appellees Casa Latina, LLC and Nidia Saldivar filed an objection to the Order to Mediate. After review, we vacate our June 7, 2023 Order to Mediate.

The suspension of this appeal is lifted. Appellant's brief is due thirty days from the date of this order.
