AFTER REMAND


The judgment of the circuit court in Montgomery County case number CC-86-1246-G is reversed as directed by the Supreme Court of Alabama in Ex parte Bird and Warner, 594 So.2d 676 (Ala. 1991). This case is remanded for further proceedings not inconsistent with that opinion.

REVERSED AND REMANDED.
