RULING AND JUDGMENT OF REMAND

The Court has carefully considered the Motion, the record, the law applicable to this action, and the Report and Recommendation of United States Magistrate Judge Richard L. Bourgeois dated February 28, 2018. Defendant has filed an Objection which the Court has also considered.

The Court hereby approves the Report and Recommendation of the Magistrate Judge and adopts it as the Court's opinion herein.

Accordingly, this action is hereby REMANDED to the 19th Judicial District Court, East Baton Rouge Parish, Louisiana and Defendant's Motion for Oral Argument is hereby DENIED.
