The defendant Ridgely W. Brown's petition for certification for appeal from the Appellate Court, 58 Conn. App. 8 (AC 17850), is granted, limited to the following issue:

"Did the Appellate Court properly conclude that, based on rule 1.15(b) of the Rules of Professional Conduct, the defendant Ridgely W. Brown breached his fiduciary duties to the plaintiff as an attorney representing the defendants William H. Peterken and Jill H. Peterken?"

The Supreme Court docket number is SC 16387.

Ridgely W. Brown, pro se, in support of the petition.
