Angela Accord Bentrim, Petitioner v. Jeffrey Bentrim, Respondent

Lower Tribunal No(s).: 4D23-0222; 502007DR008773XXXXMB

CORRECTED ORDER

Panel corrected 6/19/2023 and Judge Shull added to service list.

Petitioner has filed a “Petition for Writ of Prohibition and Petition for Quo Warranto and/or Petition for Mandamus,” which has been treated as a petition for writ of prohibition. To the extent Petitioner raises the same issues as in Bentrim v. Bentrim, No. SC22-1801, 2023 WL 350604 (Fla. Jan. 23, 2023), the petition is dismissed as the prior case was transferred to the district court. To the extent Petitioner seeks review of the district court's unelaborated decision in case number 4D23-0222, the petition is dismissed for lack of jurisdiction. See Stallworth v. Moore, 827 So.2d 974 (Fla. 2002); Grate v. State, 750 So.2d 625, 626 (Fla. 1999). Any other requests for relief are denied. No rehearing will be entertained by this Court.

CANADY, LABARGA, COURIEL, GROSSHANS, and SASSO, JJ., concur.
