Proceedings on complaint by defendants to join additional defendant. Order entered sustaining preliminary objections of additional defendant and dismissing defendants' complaint to join it as additional defendant, order by SMITH, Jr., J. Defendants appealed. Appeal, No. 861, April T., 1977, from Court of Common Pleas, Civil Division, of Allegheny County, No. G.D. 76-18907. Argued November 16, 1977.
