On appeal by the plaintiffs from an order setting aside verdicts in favor of the plaintiffs, dismissing the complaint, and directing the entry of judgment in favor of the defendant in an action predicated on claimed negligence on the part of the defendant resulting in personal injury to the infant plaintiff, order and judgment entered thereon unanimously affirmed, with costs. No opinion.
