As petitioner has an adequate remedy at law, the petition for writ of prohibition is denied. See Carter v. Department of Professional Regulation, 613 So.2d 78 (Fla. 1st DCA 1993); see also Golfview Nursing Home v. Agency for Health Care Administration, 859 So.2d 581 (Fla. 1st DCA 2003) (reviewing the issue on appeal of a final order under a similar provision in section 120.68(7)(c)).
