FORCIBLE ENTRY AND DETAINER, § 27right of lessor to maintain action as affected by transfer of premises to trustee. Lessors could not maintain forcible detainer action to recover possession of leased premises where, after execution of lease, legal title to premises was transferred to trustee and lessors became trust beneficiaries, since they no longer had legal title to premises.

Appeal from the Municipal Court of Chicago; the Hon. JUSTIN F. MCCARTHY, Judge, presiding.

Affirmed. Heard in the first division, first district, this court at the February term, 1947.
