The BARABOO NATIONAL BANK, Plaintiff–Respondent–Cross–Appellant, v. Kathleen A. BRONKALLA, Defendant–Appellant–Cross–Respondent.

The mortgage further provided that Bronkalla granted to the Bank “a Uniform Commercial Code security interest in the Personal Property” defined in the mortgage, and that upon default, Bronkalla “shall not remove, sever or detach the Personal Property from the” mortgaged premises. The mortgage defines “Personal Property” as See Wisconsin Dep't of Revenue v. A.O. Harvestore Prods., Inc., 72 Wis.2d 60, 69, 240 N.W.2d 357 (1976) (quoted source omitted); see also Premonstratensian Fathers, 46 Wis.2d at 372–73, 175 N.W.2d 237.
