ORDER

PER CURIAM

The reporter's record in this case was due August 21, 2023. See Tex. R. App. P. 35.1. This court has granted three extensions of time to file the record until November 20, 2023. On November 27, 2023, the court reporter filed a fourth motion to extend time to file the record. We grant the motion and issue the following order.

We order Charyna Lashley, the court reporter, to file the record in this appeal on or before December 20, 2023. No further extension will be entertained absent exceptional circumstances. The trial and appellate courts are jointly responsible for ensuring that the appellate record is timely filed. See Tex. R. App. P. 35.3(c). If Charyna Lashley does not timely file the record as ordered, we may issue an order directing the trial court to conduct a hearing to determine the reason for the failure to file the record.
