Appeal from part of an order of Supreme Court, Oneida County (Siegel, J.), entered March 5, 2002, that denied the motion of defendant Ruth Hart Knipe, as administratrix of the estate of Clara B. Hart, deceased, for summary judgment dismissing the amended complaint against her.
