Bader & Bader v. Ford

Court of Appeals of the State of New York
Sep 18, 1979
48 N.Y.2d 649 (N.Y. 1979)

Opinion

Decided September 18, 1979

Appeal dismissed, without costs, by the Court of Appeals sua sponte, upon the grounds that the modification at the Appellate Division is not in a respect which is within the power of the Court of Appeals to review (CPLR 5601, subd [a], par [iii]), and the dissent at the Appellate Division is not on a question of law (CPLR 5601, subd [a], par [i]).
