In lieu of granting leave to appeal, the Court of Appeals orders of January 10, 1997 and March 7, 1997, are vacated, defendant's appeal of right is reinstated, and the case is remanded to that Court for further consideration. MCR 7.302(F) (1). The July 16, 1996, opinion and order of the circuit court granting the plaintiff summary disposition was a final order appealable under MCR 7.203(A)(1). It was the first judgment or order that disposed of all the claims and adjudicated all the rights and liabilities of all the parties in this civil case, Case No. 95-5920-CZ. See MCR 7.202(8)(a)(i).
