Opinion

06-27-2018

In the Matter of AYESHA FF., Respondent, v. EVELYN EE., Appellant. (And Other Related Proceedings)

Motion, insofar as it seeks leave to appeal from so much of the Appellate Division order as affirmed the Family Court order resolving the Family Court Act article 8 proceedings, denied; motion for leave to appeal otherwise dismissed upon the ground that the remaining portion of the order does not finally determine the remaining proceedings within the meaning of the Constitution. Motion for poor person relief dismissed as academic.
