Avildsen v. Prystay

Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of New York, First Department
Oct 21, 1997
243 A.D.2d 352 (N.Y. App. Div. 1997)

Opinion

October 21, 1997

Appeal from the Supreme Court, New York County (Alice Schlesinger, J.).

Defendant's motion was clearly one for reargument, not renewal, from which no appeal lies ( see, Gray v. Wallman Kramer, 184 A.D.2d 409, 412-413).

Concur — Sullivan, J.P., Milonas, Rosenbergerm Ellerin and Wallach JJ.
