ABATEMENT ORDER

PER CURIAM

This is an appeal from a judgment signed March 29, 2023. On August 8, 2023, appellant filed a motion to abate this appeal in order for the court reporter to prepare the records from a related proceeding to be filed in this appeal. The motion is granted.

Appellant shall request the relevant records from the court reporter and designate them to be filed with this court within 30 days from the date of this order.

The appeal is abated, treated as a closed case, and removed from this court's active docket. The appeal will be reinstated on this court's active docket when the reporter files the requested records in this court. The court will also consider an appropriate motion to reinstate the appeal filed by either party, or the court may reinstate the appeal on its own motion.
