On order of the Court, the application for leave to appeal from the March 6, 2003 decision of the Court of Appeals, the motion for stay of proceedings, and motion for immediate consideration of the motion to stay are considered. The motion for immediate consideration is GRANTED. The motion for stay of proceedings is DENIED as unnecessary. MCR 7.215(F)(1). The application for leave to appeal remains under consideration.
