On September 7, 2023, petitioner filed the petition seeking to challenge the determination of a deficiency for tax year 2019. On October 19, 2023, respondent filed a Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction. On October 20, 2023, petitioner filed an Opposition to Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction.
