In Re: R.A.L., Jr., applying for supervisory writs, 32nd Judicial District Court, Parish of Terrebonne, No. 179928. BEFORE: WHIPPLE, C.J., McDONALD AND CHUTZ, JJ.

WRIT GRANTED IN PART. The September 1, 2017 order of the trial court ordering the parties and the minor child to submit to a DNA test is stayed as premature pending a ruling by the trial court on the outstanding exceptions raising the objections of peremption and no right of action.
