APPEAL ERROR — JOINDER GRANTED — JOINDER IN NAME ONLY — ISSUES NOT EXPANDED. — Joinder was granted to the American Medical Association to join the amici curiae brief in support of appellants, as the joinder was in name only and would not expand the issues and authority adduced beyond that set forth in the amici curiae brief filed earlier.
