Action to recover on a promissory note, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of Fairfield, where the court, Thompson, J., entered a default against the named defendant and rendered judgment thereon; thereafter, the matter was referred to Irwin E. Friedman, attorney state trial referee, who filed a report recommending judgment for the defendants Margie Lessner et al.; subsequently, the court, Nigro J., rendered judgment in accordance with the referee's report, and the plaintiff appealed to this court. Affirmed.
