         [19 Cal.Rptr.2d 520] [ 851 P.2d 802] Petition for review GRANTED.

         The issues to be argued before this court shall be limited to (1) whether MICRA limitations on damages (Civ.Code, § 3333.2, subd. (b)) apply to a licensed skilled nursing facility liable for negligence in failing to protect its patient from criminal assault and (2) whether the Court of Appeal used the wrong standard to review whether there was sufficient evidence to send the punitive damages issue to the jury.

         LUCAS, C.J., and PANELLI, ARABIAN and GEORGE, JJ., concur.
