In the exercise of this court's supervisory authority, the Appellate Court, Second District, is directed to vacate its order in Andrade v. General Motors Corp., No. 2-01-0480 (May 7, 2002). The appellate court is further directed to reconsider its judgment in light of Simmons v. Garces, 198 Ill. 2d 541 (2002), to determine whether a different result is warranted.
