Mandamus proceeding by the American-Hawaiian Steamship Company and others, comprising an association known as the Dock Checkers Employers’ Association of San Francisco, against the California Employment Commission and others, to require the California Employment Commission to vacate its order of payment of unemployment benefits, and to refrain from charging the petitioners’ accounts with such payments.

Peremptory writ issued.
