In AMCOM of Louisiana, Inc. v. Battson, 670 So.2d 1223 (La. 1996), the Louisiana Supreme Court reversed the Second Circuit and reinstated the judgment of the trial Court which had found an agreement geographically overbroad in violation of La. R.S. 23:921.
