ORDER GRANTING PLAINTIFFS' EX PARTE MOTION TO FILE OVERLENGTH EX PARTE MOTION FOR LEAVE TO FILE SECOND AMENDED COMPLAINT

THIS MATTER came before the Court on the ex parte Motion by Plaintiffs Amazon.com, Inc., Amazon.com Services LLC, Felco SA, Flisch Holding SA, and Pygar USA Inc.'s (collectively, “Plaintiffs”) for leave to file an over-length ex parte motion for leave to file a Second Amended Complaint (the “Motion”), pursuant to Local Civil Rule 7(f). The Court, having considered Plaintiffs' Motion and finding good cause, GRANTS Plaintiffs leave to file a motion for leave to file a Second Amended Complaint not to exceed 2,600 words.
