Judgment and order affirmed, with costs. All concur. (The judgment is for plaintiffs in three actions to recover from the owner and lessees of a gasoline station damages for the deaths of plaintiffs' intestates, all members of the Jamestown Fire Department. The order denies a motion for a new trial.)
