We affirm the disposition order entered in this case, but remand with directions to the trial court to either obtain appellant's knowing and intelligent waiver on the record of a predisposition report, or order and consider a predisposition report prior to final disposition in this matter. See B.C. v. State, 681 So.2d 934 (Fla. 4th DCA 1996).

AFFIRMED; REMANDED WITH DIRECTIONS.
